We encourage you to read our Terms of Trade thoroughly before placing an order with us.
We may periodically change and update the Terms of Trade with effect on your future purchases on our website. Therefore, you will be asked to accept our Terms of Trade every time you make a purchase with us.
If you do not accept our Terms of Trade, you cannot order items from our website.
An updated version of the Terms of Trade is always available on our website.
3. Prices, Payment, and Payment Methods
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT and other taxes/fees.
The total price you need to pay for your item(s), including potential shipping and charges related to credit card payment, will be calculated before you complete your order.
Your delivery costs vary – depending on the chosen/available delivery method for the specific item's delivery. You will be informed of the delivery costs before you finalize your order.
Your payment for your item(s) is made when you complete the order. If we need to ship the item to you, we will only deduct the payment when we send the item from our warehouse to you.
4. Ordering Items on Our Website
4.1. GENERALYou must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept as a payment method in order to purchase our items on our website. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis to transact with us.
Our webshop at www.copenhagencartel.dk is open 24 hours a day, but it may be closed for maintenance. We naturally try (as much as possible) to perform maintenance on our webshop during the night.
If you place an order on the weekend or on holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day.
We only accept your order if your payment information is correct and if we have no reason to believe that the order will be used for illegal activities or that you do not meet the requirements of our Terms of Trade.
You can only order our items through our website. We do not accept orders by phone.
4.2 WHEN DOES THE ORDER BECOME BINDING
Before clicking "Complete Order," you have the opportunity to adjust your order and information.
When you click "Complete Order," you are bound by your order, and you will receive an order confirmation from us via email.
If you make an error in your order, contact our customer service who can assist you. If you have regretted your order, you have a 14-day withdrawal period (read more about your withdrawal rights in the section "Withdrawal Right" below).
We are only bound by your order once we have sent an order confirmation to you. Until then, we have the option to reject your order in case of typos, technical issues, delivery failures, and similar circumstances.
5. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have chosen during the order process.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is 2-5 days. Special order items or items not in stock may have longer delivery times. You may also experience that in particularly busy periods, a longer expected delivery time is indicated for specific items.
You can choose from the following delivery methods: Home Delivery, Business Delivery, and Parcel Shop.
We reserve the right that some delivery methods do not apply to certain addresses and time intervals. Only the delivery methods available for your delivery address will be visible when you complete your order. We reserve the right to deliver to a different delivery location if the chosen delivery location is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery location chosen by the courier.
We only deliver to the following countries: Europe, Norway and Switzerland, UK, US, Canada, Rest of the world (8-10 days standard delivery and 3-4 days express delivery), with the exception of Belarus and Russia. Delivery fees vary depending on the specific country.
If we do not have all the items you have ordered in stock, we may send the items we have in stock to you first. When we receive the items you are missing, we will send them to you subsequently. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
We bear the risk of your item(s) until delivery.
6. Withdrawal Right
6.1 GENERAL
You can entirely without reason withdraw from the purchase of your item within 14 days, if you are a consumer.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or someone receiving the item on your behalf (not the courier) physically acquires the item.
If you have ordered multiple of our items in the same order, but we have not been able to deliver all your items to you at the same time (in the same order), the withdrawal period for the items expires 14 days after the day you acquire the last item physically. In cases where more than one item has been ordered in the same order, but where the items are delivered individually, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party specified by you (not the courier) acquire the last item physically.
If you have ordered an item consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire the last lot or the last part of the item physically.
If you wish to exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us of your use of the withdrawal right in an unambiguous statement (in a clear and distinct manner) – for example, via email or letter. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form.
You have complied with the withdrawal period if you send the notification to us about your use of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.
6.2 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU EXERCISE THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
If you have exercised your withdrawal right, we will refund your payment including any delivery costs without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date we receive your notification of the exercise of the withdrawal right.
If you have chosen a different delivery method than our standard delivery, we will only refund the portion of the delivery costs that corresponds to our standard delivery.
We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used in your purchase, unless you have explicitly accepted a different form of refund (e.g., a voucher).
You will not be charged any fees in connection with the refund.
You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to exercise your withdrawal right. You have complied with the withdrawal period if you return the item before the expiration of the 14 days.
We cover your expenses in connection with the return of the item (including shipping), if you use the shipping method we offer. If you return the item in another way, you must pay the difference between the price of the shipping method we offer and the shipping method you choose for the return.
We can withhold your refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation of the return of the item - whichever is earliest.
You can read more about how to return the item in the section "Return."
6.3 SPECIALLY MADE ITEMS - WITHDRAWAL RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY
The withdrawal right does not apply to items that are specially made or have a clear personal touch (e.g., items with engravings, embroideries, and the like).

You are responsible for any deterioration of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
If the value of the item has been diminished, we will deduct the value depreciation from the purchase amount you paid for the item before you are refunded.
